Juice Bar in Athens

The main design idea was the creation of a fresh and colorful space. In this sense, we constructed a neutral canvas on the walls and the flooring made of pressed cement mortar in a grey tint, so as to intensify the colorful fruit and plant presence. The working surface became a solid body as it was constructed by corian. The natural wood wall surface contains real plants maintained fresh. We used straw material on decorative wooden wall panels, as well as small straw objects hanging from the roof, in order to minimize the space height.

Four straw roof lights as well as the led lightning in the bar and the wall panels produce a soft and mild light affect.
A terrestrial and natural environment has been regenerated.
